The UNC Lenoir Corporate Health programs focus on wellness and prevention. Screening and prevention can reduce absenteeism, decrease disability costs, increase productivity, and reduce medical care costs. Work-site wellness services are offered as a fee based service and are provided at area business and industry work sites with programs tailored to your employees’ needs.

Sonia Joyner RN – Lenoir Minges Wellness Center

Sonia graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1989. She has been employed by Lenoir Memorial Hospital since 1989 where she started as a staff nurse on the surgery floor. She has been working in Corporate & Community Health since January 1999. Sonia enjoys traveling to her numerous work sites and motivating her clients to adopt healthy lifestyle behaviors.
