Live Well Lenoir is a population health management program offered to employees on the Lenoir Memorial health plan who have diabetes, high blood pressure, and /or high cholesterol. Employees who qualify for this benefit receive free health coaching, insurance premium discounts and discounted generic prescription benefits for medications for the three disease states.
Lenoir Memorial works with American Health Care to support the program that is voluntary and includes free annual biometric screening.
