This program will give you momentum and guidance, enabling you to be strong and confident maximizing your overall fitness level. This program ensures that your workouts are effective, allowing you to achieve goals more quickly.
If you want or need encouragement, we will motivate you to exercise. We will make sure you are exercising correctly, which will prevent injuries. If you have special medical needs or are recuperating from an injury, we will design a program that will take these needs into consideration.

Cassie acquired her Masters of Exercise Science degree from California University of Pennsylvania. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer. Cassie loves to travel, hike, and spend time outdoors.
Brittney received her B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology from ECU and is an ACSM certified Health Fitness Specialist. She began working at Minges Wellness Center in 2012. Brittney encourages her cardiac rehab patients and Minges Wellness Center members to make a lifelong commitment to exercise in order to enhance their overall health.
