This program will give you momentum and guidance, enabling you to get off to a strong and confident start and it will also maximize your overall fitness level. This program ensures that your workouts are effective, allowing you to achieve goals more quickly.
If you want to need encouragement, we will motivate you to exercise. Most people set unrealistic goals to be challenging, yet realistic and attainable. We will make sure you are exercising correctly, which will prevent injuries.
If you have special medical needs or are recuperating from an injury, we will design a program that will take these needs into consideration.
Group exercise classes are held regularly and included in your Minges Membership.

Dance Fitness: This class incorporates many forms of dance. It is a full body aerobic workout divided into tracks for peaks and troughs in intensity.
Brick Bodies: Burn off calories with a combination of resistance training and aerobic exercises for a total circuit body workout. This class is designed to be easy to follow and targets strength building as well as muscular endurance suitable for all abilities.
Easy Does It/Saturday Does It: This group fitness class will begin with gentle exercises and progress up to a workout that will really get you going! Stay for half or stay for all, this class is appropriate for anyone. This is a gentle exercise class that will leave you refreshed and energized!
Anna is a certified Clinical Exercise Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine. She loves helping individuals establish and maintain healthy and active lifestyles.
Brittney received her B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology from ECU and is an ACSM certified Health Fitness Specialist. She began working at Minges Wellness Center in 2012. Brittney encourages her cardiac rehab patients and Minges Wellness Center members to make a lifelong commitment to exercise in order to enhance their overall health.
