Through our new Surgical and Non-Surgical weight loss options we provide every patient with all of the necessary resources for successful weight loss and long-term weight maintenance.
Membership includes full options for beginner’s level classes, use of a wide range of large exercise equipment, indoor track with a staff with exercise degrees and specialty certifications.
Our medically-based community fitness facility has 75 pieces of exercise equipment with 25 group exercise classes weekly.

Guests passes are $10 for a three-day pass. The Minges Wellness Center requires a $10 one time fee for members who are not in our tracking system. Rates are monthly and can be paid on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable. This fee is being waved for new members during the month of January.

The Minges Mile Walk Club is offered at no extra cost to members. This walk club features incremental mileage goals with prizes and recognition at intervals up to 3000 miles. It is a fun way to increase walking and our members take pride in achieving mileage goals. Our goal is to help our members become chronic exercisers.
The Minges membership offers great benefits including a free towel service, locker rooms, dedicated parking, showers along with over 75 exercise equipment, on hand staff, an indoor walking track and more.
